A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Your day could see you :

  • Research on prospects and customers and find innovative ways of engaging with them to drive sales.
  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments.
  • Perform outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
  • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
  • Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogues and other campaign material.
  • Deliver high level sales presentations to owners of small targeted businesses.
  • Communicate the value of our IT Management Platform.
  • Secure trial evaluations that lead to annual agreements.
  • Manage sales opportunities through pipeline stages.
  • Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales
  • Achieve sales goals for new partner agreements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge in order to effectively communicate company capabilities to existing new prospects.
  • A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant experience in presenting to North American prospects.
  • Solid background in outbound (OB) sales
  • Business to business (B2B) experience is preferred
  • Remarkably energetic and motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average objection handling abilities
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Highly adaptable and persistent
  • Strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to learn.
