kumu is currently looking for a Product Operations Specialist.

As our Product Operations Specialist under the Go-To-Market (GTM) Team, part of your responsibilities will be :

  • You’ll design and test product marketing experiments that will aid in the retention of users across the platform
  • You will support experiments of other teams through your technical skills and manage project delivery
  • You’ll take on strategic projects with the goal of increasing user adoption and retention of key features.
  • You will help analyze and report on key program metrics such as customer satisfaction and campaign success.
  • You’ll track the execution of experiments across multiple teams, and quickly escalate issues if and when they arise.
  • You’ll support programs essential to the GTM Team while maintaining and growing operations throughout the product organization of the company.
  • You’ll communicate, collaborate and coordinate with the team and other stakeholders about projects, events and campaigns to ensure that goals and deadlines are delivered on time while being able to maintain good quality of service.
  • You’ll help establish and maintain positive relations within the team, Product Pods, and other departments.
  • We'd love it if you have the following skills :

  • Product Marketing - You have launched campaigns with the goal of increasing user adoption and retention.
  • Experimentation - You love testing new ideas and collecting relevant data to validate or invalidate them
  • Project Management success managing mission-critical operational processes in a fast-paced business environment.
  • A Problem Solver - You love solving problems and thrive when developing a solid action plan and driving execution against that plan.
  • Detail-Oriented You’re known as someone who has excellent organizational skills and detail orientation, even on tight deadlines.
  • Able to zoom in and out You can both see the big picture and dive into the details. You understand what we're trying to achieve at the highest level, but you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and execute on day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • A Quick Learner You’re a quick learner who loves understanding the systems and processes that make programs run. You enjoy taking on a challenge and learning
  • something new.

  • A Strong Communicator You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you’re able to use those skills to get everyone on the same page.
  • Agile You are a self-starter who loves working in fast-paced, start-up environments.
  • Team Player - You actively support and contribute to the team in order to complete tasks and reach our goals.
  • Mission-Aligned - You have a passion for helping Filipinos around the world connect in an authentic and safe way.
  • Even better if you have / Are :

  • Experience tracking performance using campaign tools
  • Experience using tools for push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging.
  • Big plus - Graphic Design Skills
