RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responds to telephone, email, or chat inquiries from customers, using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Graduate
1 Year of BPO Call Center Experience
Advanced English-Speaking Skills
Willing to work US Hours (overnight shift) + holidays & weekends
