Responsibilities :

Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.

Interact with Sellers by phone and email with objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.

Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation

Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates

Experience in similar BPO outfit or Shared Service setup

Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.

Good Communications skills in Vietnamese and English Written & Verbal
