    Job Responsibilities :

  • Offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
  • Handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
  • Resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors’ degree holder
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. (skills in Microsoft and customer oriented)
  • Able to speak, read write and type fluently in Japanese language
  • Able to read and write in English (not required high fluency but able to communicate)
  • Flexible in shifting schedule
  • Preferably with CS experience or Forex knowledge
