The Help Desk Support Team is tasked to provide technical support services directly for the company’s end-users. The majority of their work involves answering phone calls or responding to e-mails sent by customers who are experiencing technical difficulties with computers or related devices such as printers or desktops, notebooks and other computer peripherals.
Graduate of any Computer / IT related course Computer knowledgeable (basic troubleshooting, parts etc.)With good communication skills;Customer service oriented
