REGIONAL SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Provide administrative support to RSM / (Regional Sales Manager) in handling daily incoming and outgoing correspondence in accordance with given guidelines.
  • Ensure a proper communication flow between Sales Operations HQ, field force and other departments.

  • Prepare full range of regular / ad hoc business correspondence including project briefs, memos, documents, reports (competitors' report, point of sale material (POSM) usage report, holidays report, travel expenses report, etc.
  • and consolidate information at RSM level.

  • Compile presentations in Powerpoint and Excel which will frequently be of confidential nature.
  • Ensure administration and monitoring of Sales Operations operational regional budget and expenses together with Finance department.
  • Monitor expenses versus budget and tracking proper cost allocation into cost centers.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions (PR) for all acquisitions of products and services purchased for field force and ensure proper internal documents flow.
  • Make appointments and organize meetings including travel and hotel arrangements internally and externally
  • YOU ARE :

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a multinational FMCG company.
  • Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing and market research would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Have basic knowledge in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Word)
  • Preferably with knowledge in SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills
