Process purchase orders of Spanish customers submitted through phone, email, and other online channels
Issue invoice and ensure accuracy in accordance to company product listing of prices
Manage order status and shipment updates to ensure products are delivered timely
Update system regarding received logistic inquiries / complaints from customers
Monitor inventory status and stock levels to make sure to support customer's purchase requests

BPO experience is a plus
Customer Service background is an advantage
Proficient in both Spanish and English language
Experience in processing orders is a plus
Experience working with SAP (focus on order to cash transactions)
