The Job

Reporting to AR Manager. This role is responsible for the production of invoices and the supervision of payment applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities but are not limited to :

  • Supervise the billing, sales order processing, cash applications to ensure secured revenue, invoice processing, and payment allocations.
  • Supervise the accounts receivable human resource by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records based on company corporate policies.
  • In-depth understanding of operational standards to deliver stakeholder's expectations such as :
  • Able to identify the system's issues and introduce improvement by articulating / documenting it with an end to end process.
  • Ability to enhance processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to lead improvement projects by defining a clear IT requirement and following up on project progress.
  • Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with internal and external customers.
  • Required Skills

  • Supervision, Staffing, Managing Processes, Keen eye for details
  • Define KPIs for each finance AR function to monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting software
  • The Candidate

  • University graduate with a degree in Accountancy / Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in various finance functions in multi-national companies, with at least 2 years of managing people.
  • Experience with Finance ERP is required. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite a plus.
  • A high degree of analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot a plus)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Mature, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet a tight deadline
