Provide personal administrative support and assistance.Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
2. Design and maintain databases.3. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.4. Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
5. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.6. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.7. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of the meetings.
Qualifications : 1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field2. Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in related field.
3. Must have excellent written, verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Must be able to deal with people from different background and rank.5. Must have a high level of integrity especially in handling confidential data and information.
