Job DescriptionRole and ResponsibilitiesAccountable to the Finance Service Delivery Head for MBPS, the SDBP&M is primarily accountable for managing the support services for Finance Service Delivery to enable service excellence and drive strategic transformation through transparent, accurate and insightful reporting.

Responsibilities include the following : Continuing enhancement of Performance and Production Management tools which will be utilized by front line leaders for driving high performing teams and service excellenceAct as a central point of contact for the Finance Function in consolidating and validating data from the service teams by developing automated data collection and workflows to minimize administrative overhead for production leadersDesign and produce strategic dashboards for Finance Service Delivery stakeholders which includes the insights from production management data, continuous improvement and efficiency gains, status updates on strategic projects, and risk reporting.

Centralize and validate submission of Finance service delivery data to the MBPS Reporting TeamCentrally manage engagement with our support partners and develop service partnership monitoring reports to track progress in recruitment, technology, workplace services, and learning.

Manage End User Computing ( EUC ) support services which includes Book of Work ( BOW ) development, maintenance and controls.

Drive the capability build in EUC tools including assessment of emerging EUC technology.Streamline the partnership and engagement with the developer teams for BI Reporting, RPA, Data Architecture, and Share Point.

Branding, development and site ownership of the MBPS Finance Service Delivery Share Point.Responsible for the design of effective business metrics aligned to business strategyServes as a change agent and leads organizational, process and people change efforts associated with achieving business objectivesAssists colleagues in shaping solutions through changes in strategy, organization, or business process solutions using critical thinkingPartner with other program leads and serve as the Finance air traffic controller on all critical issues and key facilitator to ensure necessary decisions are made in a timely manner.

Partner with various work stream leads to generate innovative solutions.Participates in strategic business planning activities and helps translate to business initiativesPeople management responsibilities include hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance management of the direct team and managing the intern resource pool.

Qualifications5+ years of project / program management experience using leading methodologies and processesTransitions Management experience in a service outsourcing environmentTransformation Project Management Experience in a financial services companyStrong oral / written communication skills required to interact with senior officers and representativesUniversity degree in accounting, finance, business management, or computer science.

  • Six Sigma or Project Management Certification is a plus.Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite includes Power Point, MS Project, Excel, Word, One NoteAdvanced Visual Basic, and experience in database development is a must;
  • SQL Server preferredExperience using enterprise planning tools (Office 365 Suite, Power BI, Qlikview)Knowledge and experience of logical and physical database architecture and schema designExcellent analytical, problem-

    solving, and influencing skills. Demonstrates initiative and confidence to make sound judgement calls.Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

    Capable of building a business case for potential process and / or procedure solutions and completes cost / benefit analysis as support.
