Job Summary Implement and manage the Succession Management Program according to current and future requirements of the organization

Duties / Responsibilities Promote executive leader development and support senior leaders in retaining and developing key leadership talent, while also creating ready talent at the Director Level and above

Support local deployment of global learning initiatives and align local executive development initiatives with global direction

Ensure alignment with TPA to facilitate career growth from feeder levels

Leverage HCRM processes (such as APA) and policies (e.g., for promotion) so that succession development is an integral way of leading and promoting the growth of the business in the Philippines Qualifications : Competencies

Experience designing and delivering management learning and development and / or coaching / mentoring programs

Ability to relate well to all levels of management from supervisor to the most senior levels

Keeps confidences, exercises discretion and inspires trust

Exhibits good time management and prioritization skills

Understands HR processes in a large company within the context of Philippine employment law

Communicates clearly and concisely

Experience administering management training, including program design, delivery and evaluation

Experience designing or administering multi-rater feedback surveys

Champions employee and career development, including support for development planning

Professional / Technical

Understands the Business Process Outsourcing Industry, key drivers and industry trends

Understands the role of the following in BPO management :

  • Strategic Management; Account Management; Project Management
  • Quality Audits / Controls; Financial Management; Process Improvement
  • Talent Management; Performance Management
  • Behavioral

    Has proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and web-conferencing technologies

    Communicates and interacts effectively and proficiently in written and spoken English.

    Able to work effectively with a culturally diverse workforce and provide leadership in organizational change
