Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 5?
Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the day to day operations of HR functions using the most efficient and cost effective means.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies & procedures. ? Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting employees.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and collating and updating job descriptions. ? Administer compensation, benefits and employee welfare programs that are beneficial to both the employees and the company.
Prepare management reports and other HR & Admin related information. ? Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements (SSS, Philhealth & Pag Ibig).
Responsible in safekeeping of employee 201file and regular information update. ? Prepares employee contracts for all level and personnel action notice in times of movements in terms of salary increases, promotion, lateral transfer & extension.
Monitors and prepare evaluation form for employees due for evaluation. ? Monitors employees conduct and behavior. ? Regularly updates and maintain HR records such as manpower headcount, contract monitoring, leave records and submit to the executives for reference.
