As a member of the Global IT Infrastructure & Services Team, the selected candidate will be part of a group of IT specialists in charge of managing the company’s global Office 365 environment used by SGS affiliates worldwide.
Operate O365 ecosystem with strong focus in collaboration part (Sharepoint / Onedrive)
Apply advanced technical skills and knowledge to collect needed information and resolve issues presented to the Global Applications Support Group.

Global Head of Messaging Services team with local supervision by the Global Infrastructure Management Services (GIMS) Manager
Works in shifts covering 24x7 global IT operation
Manages Sharepoint 2007 / 2013 and Sharepoint Online
Execute migrations from on-premise Sharepoint 2007 / 2013 farm to Sharepoint Online
Serves as the Tier 2 support and being escalation contact of the Global Applications Support Group (ASG) for advanced level of investigation and troubleshooting for Office 365 related incidents
Being able to identify problems from recurring Office 365 incidents and provide resolution in a timely manner
Executes standard and non-standard service requests, operational tasks defined or not defined, maintenance, and deployment activities requiring from basic to advanced level of technical competency
Monitors and tests performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with Tier 3 to resolve issues
Address Exchange and Skype for Business issues including Exchange remote mailbox creation and administration, Office 365 client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues
Improve on existing Office 365 monitoring, management and reporting tools and utilities
Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application
Define & maintain operational procedures
Follow change management procedures
Work with Office 365 Coe, Infrastructure, and application support teams (Geneva and Manila based)
Work with external service provider : Microsoft
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
Provide advice and training to peers on various Office 365 applications
Assist in the management and maintenance of the global Office 365 environment.

Reports all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the SGS Incident Reporting requirements.
Uses all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
Maintains awareness of hazards and proposes controls to supervisor, QHSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.
Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management.
Degree in computer science or related field. Exceptional candidates will be considered in the absence of a degree
Microsoft Certification an advantage

At least 2 years of practical experience in running complex Office 365 infrastructures
Experience in working in a multinational environment
Microsoft SharePoint 2007 / 2013 / Online administration
Experience in conducting migrations from on-premise Sharepoint 2007 / 2013 farm to Sharepoint Online
Experience in Share-gate tool
Experience in working with Service Now
Office 365 Deployments and integrations
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 / 2016 Administration including hybrid configuration
Microsoft Outlook 2010-2016 administration and trouble-shooting
Troubleshooting Mobile Messaging Technologies : Exchange ActiveSync, iOS, and Android
Troubleshooting Skype for business related issues
Microsoft Active Directory administration and trouble-shooting
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Azure AD Connect
Windows Server 2012 / 2016 System Administration
Windows 7 / 8.x / 10.x Desktop Administration
Work closely with team members
Work closely with the messaging, infrastructure, and application support teams in resolving issues and identifying areas of improvements
Work with Microsoft and other external service providers (if any) for product support
Work with the IT management team for service management and improvement.
Business : regular contacts with the country’s IT teams and end-users
Work as project member on global projects if required
