To develop and maintain product documentation and execute a strategic training plan to meet overall company objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Create, organize, and maintain Help Center articles, product tutorials, talk tracks and canned responses to ensure they are accurate and up to date with the company’s continuous release cycle.
Provide training and certification to internal team members.
Deeply learn the company’s products and services.
Track, measure, and fill out metrics with high degree of accuracy and speed.
Communicate directly with our client on a regular basis.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors / College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
Must have at least 2 years work experience as a corporate or product trainer in the BPO industry.
Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
Ability to write on a technical capacity is a plus.
Knowledge in Google Apps, Salesforce and Jira is a huge plus.
Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
