We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Global Finance Team. This position is a pivotal role within the organization, reporting to the UK Finance Manager, you will be required to interact with the Global Head Office team based in Toronto, Canada.

Key Tasks :
Managing key Global receivables daily to ensure all Clients are operating within their agreed terms.
Executive Level Reporting weekly on any balances past due as well as Inbound Cash Flow Projection Reporting.
Weekly & Monthly authorization and preparation of invoicing and Client Statements.
Maintaining all client accounts as well as reconciliations which may be complex in some instances.
Assisting with Credit Vetting and Credit Insurance applications for new Clients added.
Liaising with internal Stakeholders to ensure Clients are receiving all pertinent reporting documentation to support the invoicing being sent.
Dealing with a Client base in the UK, Canada and the USA.
Assessing and enhancing existing Business Processes from our HCM and Accounting platforms.
Revenue analytics, working in conjunction with Global Finance and Operational Teams to complete SKU / New Business Reporting.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience (minimum 18 months) in a Credit Control Capacity.
Multi-Currency experience would be beneficial.
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience working with multiple accounting systems.
Experience working in fast paced team.
Cloud Based ERP experience covering research, deployment and advanced system management.
You demonstrate teamwork, open communication and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
