Job Description

  • Administer the Customer Service Mailbox in Outlook Exchange ensures that CS inbox is receiving properly, monitors the mailbox size, and reports issues encountered
  • Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns & escalate critical issues to Management
  • Understand the purpose and relevance of company policies and ensure team’s commitment to them
  • Understand all organization’s products, service, procedures and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members
  • Monitor queue and ensure tracking / monitoring of pending / unanswered emails; Notify agents of their Aux / work status, aging emails / tickets, etc.
  • Handle special accounts / escalated emails for immediate handling
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
