The ClientServices Consultant is responsible for supporting the Client Service DeliveryGroup team in Manila as well as Client Reporting as a whole.
The person will alsowork very closely with Relationship Managers and CSDM’s.The successful candidate should utilise theirknowledge of the business and clients to support the team in deliveringsatisfaction to our Clients by supportingvarious projects (e.
g. projects arising from regulations which impact ourclients, market engagement projects), cross sell initiatives, market managementactivities as well as assist with general commercial tasks and administrativeduties relating to the team.
Work closely with members of the team toensure smooth service delivery of key priority projects.
Co-ordinate projects relating to theteam including those arising from regulatory, operational changes andefficiency requirements.
Ensures completion of other ad hocplanning and tasks relating to client and team activities, such as relationshipplans etc
Coordination / Analysis
Collation of relevant periodic reportsas part of the MIS process required by the team.
Analysis and reporting of team activityincluding for example eRM reports, Aged Debtor analysis and follow up, Clientand Industry Surveys, Profitability Analysis.
Review Data and make recommendationsbased on Analysis.
Support team developments initiativesincluding for example, team training, mandatory training etc.
Assist in delivering more efficient workpractices to the team including for example maintaining and monitoringretention of relevant electronic client files.
Sharepoint maintenance and oversight.
Other activities assigned by teammanagement which may be required from time-to-time or on an on-going basis.
Assist in monitoring required teamactivities including for example required regulatory training by team members,maintain team training schedule etc.
Qualifications and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of related business experience. Work experience in financial services - preferably in trust or asset services
Attention to detail
Appreciation and understanding of Fund Services Clients.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to analyse data and assist in present to various stakeholders.
Ability to write clearly and concisely with business acumen
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Familiar with Regulatory obligations and implementation of those obligations
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint knowledge and application
Adept with using various Office equipment and computer applications
