Position Summary

Stealth’s Jr. IT Engineer will be responsible for customer support by providing technical assistance

from receiving IT tickets to resolution- troubleshooting, repairs and the like.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions with
  • regards to network connectivity, IP cameras, access control and NVR.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow-up and update IT ticket status and information ensuring no open tickets not less than
  • the set SLA for each assignment.
  • Answers employee queries through ticketing system on all company-wide supported
  • applications
  • Adherence to the ITIL standards and the protocol of the Stealth Service Management
  • Notifies the L2 Support and / or team of any potential escalation
  • Generally, performs software installations, technical testing, routine check and maintenance
  • and any internal service requests.
  • Works with other teams as required to identify and report defects, find incident fixes, and
  • validate enhancement requests; and
  • Performs other Support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Working knowledge with ticketing system and remote tools e.g. TeamViewer, Windows
  • Remote Desktop, etc.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
  • any related field.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with any Service Desk or Helpdesk System to capture user requests and its status,
  • preferably FreshService or any ticketing tool
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with good communication in English, written or
  • verbal
  • Customer Oriented Attitude
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
