This CSR is responsible to reach to all customers and to ensure a wonderful experience. They will serve as the first contact with all customers before visiting the stores and to ensure that they have clear overview of all the promotions and sales process.
They will also receive calls from patients regarding their appointment or other queries.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for inbound and outbound calls.
Reach customers before their appointment and ensure they have understood the sales process and promotional packages
Request patients to fill in a medical survey prior to the appointment in order to guarantee an efficient workflow
Deliver customer service, whilst responding to Customers inquiries and problems
Build meaningful relationships with our Customers and increase the credibility of our sensational offers
Reschedule appointments when needed
Assist customers on payment fulfillment when it has to be done from home
Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Uphold the Data Protection and Privacy Act for our Customers
Update systems accurately and efficiently
Re-prioritize to adapt to the ever-changing environment
Highly fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer experience in previous jobs
Experience on medical sector is a plus
Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations
Display a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every interaction with our Customers
Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Assertiveness to handle difficult conversations

Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4 year course.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With a customer experience is a MUST.
With a healthcare background is a plus.
With excellent communication skills.
Willing to work from 11 : 30PM - 8 : 30AM MNL time.
Willing to work onsite (either SM Aura, Taguig or Makati City).
Can start ASAP.
