Golden Forum Land Metro Communities is looking for a Sales Support Assistant.

Job Description :

Sales Support and Accounting.

  • In-charge of In-house activities such as Saturations, Local and International Roadshow for every Sales Team, this covers :
  • To check / oversee the proposal and any attached documents submitted by the team.
  • Have it signed by the signatory.
  • Prepare and submit Request for Payment.
  • In-charge of Requesting Budget and the liquidation of Budget limited to :
  • Budget for the Staff every Open House.
  • Budget for Van rental and Gasoline.
  • Budget for lunch / snack every PKS (Project Knowledge Seminar).
  • In-charge preparation of Sales Materials such as :
  • Brochures, flyers, sales kit, projector, laptop, and office supplies.
  • In-charge and assign to check off all Manning Booth Exhibits for each team assigned.
  • Manning Booth Exhibits :

  • Source proposed of Manning Booth Exhibits and secure Manning Sites once approved by the Management, this covers :
  • Preparation of Contract.
  • Negotiation of favorable terms.
  • Inform agents of the rules and regulations of the lessor Admin and etc.
  • Secure timely submission of Timesheets of each Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
  • In-charge of collating, preparing, filing Weekly reports of Sales Managers.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time such as :
  • Giving computations.
  • Assist in every Open House, etc.
  • In-charge of encoding new clients' names and units in the system.
  • Documentation :

  • Receives and checks details of submitted documents before turning it over to the Documentation Department.
  • A weekly follow-up to Agents and Sales Managers for incomplete documents.
  • Filing of requirements, documents, and contracts.
  • Adhoc Tasks :

  • Provide computation.
  • Request keys.
  • Process request for an incentive (ticket), forward Incentive and Commission Specification Form to the Credit and Collection Department and Accounting Department.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be at least a Bachelor’s degree in any related course.
  • Sufficient for an entry-level administrative assistant position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Must be familiar with processing and business writing, in addition to software applications for databases, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing.
  • With a background in Construction Operations is preferred but not required.
  • With skills in coordination, analytical, multitasking skills and excellent communication.
  • With skills in filing, organize, can work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to do field works and will be assigned at BGC, Taguig.
