Develops the marketing strategies for SI products with responsibility for brand marketing activities, including Strategic Marketing Plans, Market Development Plans, New Product Launches, Marketing Communications, Convention and Congress Exhibits, Promotion and Pricing Strategies
Execute marketing programs to sustain and grow business and collaborate with regional and country teams to evaluate, prioritize and implement market development plans to achieve financial and marketing goal
Day in the life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
Develops and collaborates with all SI Business Development Managers / Sales Supervisor on marketing strategies for all SI assigned products with responsibility for brand marketing activities, including product launch activity and the implementation of marketing programs to sustain and grow business
Collaborate with regional and country leader to evaluate, prioritize and implement market development plans to achieve the financial and marketing goal
Create and execute impactful marketing / aligns with PACE programs and collaborate with Regional marketing and PACE to build marketing or PACE events both in country and aboard events and country specific procedure development strategies
Proactively support the ongoing sales activities within the country - to include regular customer and field sales contact, training and meetings
Contributes to the establishment of annual marketing plans and key components include strategies, key initiatives, and objectives, launch schedule, market share development, customer workshop and training events, focus conferences, KOL engagement plans, rep training, and marketing budget.
Works with the sub-business units to provide input on forecasts, inventory control, phase in / out plans, and clinical evaluation.
Meets with customers regularly to assess future market needs, as well as to maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders.
Develop strong cross functional relationship with channel, supply chain, regulatory, quality, clinical, education and training in particular and foster good team work
Develop knowledge of competitive products, clinical data and tactics in the field and effectively use the information in generating plan to optimize sales initiatives
Ensure that the highest level of product and therapy knowledge is attained and maintained in order to support customers on product features and therapy
Conducts regional marketing management role support whenever requested within APAC Cluster 2 duly approved by immediate superior

Must Have : Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Bachelor degree in Science, Marketing or related subject
Master degree in Business Administration will be an advantage.
10+ years of experience in marketing, sales management with at least 3 years of marketing experience in Philippines medical device industry.
Product launching experience in the medical device industry
People management experience is required
Proven ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
Frequent 30% to 40% travel and occasional overseas travel will be required.
Some out of hours work will be required, e.g. conferences, customer events if any
