The Digital Financial Sales Executive is a digital-savvy individual and is responsible for selling and servicing of life insurance products either Traditional or Variable-Unit Linked Investment.

They identify and recommend to customers the best solutions to their financial needs either for Savings and Investments, Health, Income Protection, Education or Retirement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement effective sales strategy in the digital world e.g. facebook, messenger, etc.
  • Carry out continuous lead generation especially in social media.
  • meet up and present to clients either face-to-face or via zoom, google meet, or messenger.
  • attend unit and branch meetings via zoom.
  • Personal Development

  • Must be willing to undergo and complete a 3-week Training via ZOOM. (It is a PAID Training).
  • Must be willing to get licensed under Insurance Commission (company paid)
  • Qualifications :

  • At least a College Graduate
  • 21-28 years old
  • Past Sales experience (industries in pharmaceutical, retail, banking, real estate etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, goal-oriented and a team player.
  • Benefits :

  • 3-week Paid Training (Php 20,000)

  • A top of the line Tablet will be provided for the job. After 1 year, it will be awarded to the Financial Sales Executive after if the 1-year target is achieved.
