What You'll be Doing
Today we do everything online. We interact with our friends and family.We do our banking. And we order all sorts of stuff online from groceriesto cars.
And we do a lot of that without ever picking up the phone andspeaking with anyone. In this role, you'll bring the human touch to thatonline transaction.
You'll be the difference between a customerexperience being just average or an exceptional one. You'll be interacting withpotential customers who are interested in making a purchase, and just need thatextra something, something.
Answer their questions, 'listen' (through thekeyboard) to their actual need, and guide them into making the right purchasedecision.

On a typical day, you'll
Consult with customerson products and services to provide the best solutions for their need via avariety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
Open and maintaincustomer accounts and information
Respond to customerinquiries with active listening
Resolve customertechnical issues with patience and understanding
Identify additionalneeds customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
Positively participatein company events, in team activities, and continuous learning
