Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of IT infrastructure solution, development, configuration, testing and implementation
  • Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies
  • 1+ years experience engineering, configuring and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, solutions and services
  • 1+ years integrating applications and business services with IAM solutions
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and / or other IT certifications
  • BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Solid knowledge and experience with leading IAM vendors and products including but not limited to :
  • Recertification (SailPoint)

    Lifecycle Manager (LCM) SailPoint

  • Strong programming and scripting skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple program tracks and direct efforts of geographically dispersed engineering and development resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM solutions and services
  • Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical tasks
  • Well organized, with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Responsibilities :

  • Interpret and apply IAM architecture and designs to build Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers
  • Work with business unit (BU) and corporate function (CF) managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate
  • Engineer solutions to ensure that identity and access management solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements
  • Engineer technical IAM solutions, engaging during the lifecycle of solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams and key IAM product vendors
  • Integrates IAM systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization, developing connectors between IAM tools and systems resources
  • Work with application developers and IT operations to develop, test, roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services
  • Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and / or enhanced IAM solutions
