  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Job Qualifications Job Qualifications :

  • Candidate must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field (No BPO experience is required)
  • High school graduates with or without BPO experience is required
  • Good English language conversation skills
  • Computer and Web proficient
