  • Responsibilities :

  • This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service
  • Handling information inquiries, reservations, ticketing, passenger check-in, baggage check-in
  • Aircraft preparation and problem resolution
  • The Profile

  • Completed at least 1 year in college
  • Must have 6 months to 1 year experience in airline account (local & international); knowledgeable with Airline jargons, experienced working in Airport (any position)
  • For local airline experience, it could be in ground / booking / flight
  • Preferably with GDS (Global Distribution System) experience
  • Strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts
