Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant / Liaison Officer to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The person is responsible in performing admin tasks as listed but not limited to the following :

Asset Management

On-boarding and Off-boarding tasks

Active participation in BCP

Utilities Consumption Monitoring

Locker Management

Supplies Inventory and Monitoring

Travel & Transportation

Parking Management

Petty Cash Management

Provide support for HSE Programs

Perform liaison tasks with LGU’s, partners, banks and other 3rd parties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and / or Liaison Officer
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Apps
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School or College degree in any field
  • Amenable to work on different shift schedules (Night or Morning shift)
  • Amenable to travel
