Job Description : Ensure recruitment and selection process are in accordance with HR procedures. This includes posting of job advertisements, updating job boards with new job ads and liaising with Hiring Managers on the hiring requirements Administer and effectively manage all recruitment boards and avenues of the company making sure they are all updated.
Conduct Resume and Phone Screening of candidates for short listing via different job boards. Process applications in line with sound recruitment practices and methods, including interviews and reference checks.
Reinforce company recruitment policy and procedures with stakeholders as related to Company vision and values and relevant legislation Administer and Monitor the recruitment tracker m and other recruitment sources Minimum Qualifications : Candidate must possess a College / Bachelor’s Degree related to Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or other relevant programs At least (1) year experience in Recruitment and Sourcing Willing to work in BGC Taguig City area.
