The Service Delivery Program manager is responsible for delivering all services in line with industry best practices, principles and frameworks.
The customer will implement a solution that will address its needs for data storage, data management, data applications and the migration of existing data, ETL jobs, reports and dashboards to a data lake.
The Service Delivery Lead will lead the data migration project together with the Business Enabling Teams through collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards.
The Delivery Lead should understand the business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project and ensure the alignment with the strategic goals of the project.
Develop preliminary project, services, high level costs and timeline.Development and maintaining relationships with key technical and commercial stakeholders within the customer organizationProvide consultancy to project teams to ensure the project is aligned with the overall architecture.
Leads the overall delivery management of the project ensuring that it is delivered on-time, onbudget, and on-scope.Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholdersCreates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scopeInfluence and provide thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance, program and project management, business process and / or technical problemsIdentifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.

Business case analysis and cost based analysis skills are highly desirableDesired Experience & QualitiesBroad and Deep technical background with at least TEN years work experience in a senior service delivery role in the Power Distribution SectorPrevious experience of delivering Data Warehouse projects in a Cloudera, Informatica or Talend environment.
Big Data project experience is highly desirableIT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud deployment expertise is a plus.
Qualifications and Accreditations : PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Certification is preferredAgile and Scrum Master certifications are desirableReporting structure : The Service Delivery Lead will report to the Program Manager and will be based in Metro Manila.
