You will work in a creative and target-driven environment. As an Outsourcing Business Consultant, your primary responsibility is to identify potential Teledirect clients companies whose vision relates with ours.
You will have access to various online tools and applications to equip yourself for the first touch. You will begin by understanding who the clients are and what they want to become.
You will bridge the two together by introducing value services that Teledirect offers.
You will report to the Client Solutions Manager.
What you need to do :
Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and determine possible solutions
Collect and verify details of decision makers including full name, position title, email and contact number / s
Reach out to decision makers and offer Teledirect services and address customer enquiries
Manage various communication channels including IB / OB voice, video, email, chat and file sharing
Record and maintain data in Salesforce.com
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs
Share best practices, feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
What you need to have :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
At least 2 years of experience in cold calling and B2B sales management
Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification
Proficient with Microsoft Office
