The Team : The Accounts Payable Team is made up of 4 vendor maintenance analysts, 1 AP supervisor, 1 AP analyst, 3 invoice processors, 2 AP specialists, 1 Sr. Global Manager.
The Impact : Accounts Payable department is responsible for making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors.
This department manages all suppliers; payment terms; Internal Revenue Service W-9 tax information; internal controls compliance;
month end closing; reporting and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Processing of Purchase Order and Non Purchase Order invoices.
Ensure invoice daily volume and accuracy targets are met.
Review documents for accuracy and compliance with the AP policies; including proper authorization, documentation, general ledger coding, proper amounts and currency, proper remittance address, and sales tax.
Perform invoice use tax accruals when necessary.
Collaboration with functional teams to process and resolve invoices.
Collaborate with the vendor team on all invoices requiring vendor setup to release for payment.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Create and maintain standardized operating procedures.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a professional Accounts Payable Department
Oracle R12 Experience in AP modules.
Fluent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Flexibility to work shift hours outside of regular business hours.
Professional courtesy in a global environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A passion to contribute to the success of an Accounts Payable department as well as the entire organization.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required.
