As a DATS Service Provisioning Lead, you are expected to perform the following :
Work independently to analyze a variety of requests received via Service Now system in terms of accuracy of user credentials, charge code verification, application access for PII and SPII data.
Work with cross functional teams like End Users, Platform Administrators, and License Provisioning Analysts to facilitate the provisioning of requests within the prescribed framework.
Identify data sources, technical owners and facilitate accurate data provisioning through appropriate data security strategies
Capture and maintain user information along with necessary attributes for user analysis, reporting and billing.
Responsible for tracking License usage for DATS Platforms and Tools and annual renewal to ensure License compliance
Produce Finance billing feeds and reports in support of department billing and recovery for products and services
Understand general process and work flows set up within the Service Now systems for testing enhancements and documentation.
Ability to understand Visualization Dashboards and Reports (QlikView, Tableau, Cognos, etc) for the purpose of tracking and monitoring Service Requests and Task SLAs for corrective action.
What we are looking for
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or in a related discipline.
4-5 years of experience managing teams of resources in a local, regional and global capacity
5-7 years of experience in Change Management and / or Release Management preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
4-5 years of experience in Project Management
Experience with IT application development (Waterfall / Agile), maintenance, and enhancement processes, controls, and reporting.
General Financial Acumen and understanding of Financial Recovery models
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, manage SLA-commitments and drive execution.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent critical thinking, analytic, problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to manage a remote team on a global basis
