WHAT EXACTLY ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Well, we do not need someone with Call Center experience but it will be a plus.
Have experience in writing? It’s an edge! Whether it may be from email / chat campaigns or it could be from writing blogs or content writing.
We need someone who’s tech-savvy, including someone who’s comfortable in using email.
We need someone with strong comprehension skills, someone who can articulate themselves well enough both written and verbal and someone who’s willing to work on holidays and weekends.
