TREASURY FUNCTION

Recipient of all invoices for payment and other related accounting documents forwarded by COCO stations.

Coordinates with Treasury Department to prepare on per need basis, Accounts Payable Voucher (APV), Cash Disbursement Voucher (CDV) and Check payments.

Ensures that transactions are properly approved and documented.

Responsible for filing and keeping of accounts payable voucher and cash disbursement voucher.

Responsible for the transmittal of all payment checks to COCO vendors or suppliers.

Ensures that all receivables are collected and deposited on time. Reviews status of uncollected accounts e.g. Starcard, credit card and in-house account.
