  • 1. Actively supports and monitors the renewal and new business processes 2. Ensures achievement of monthly production / collection / GP budget and contribute to group'
  • s targets3. Analyzes and prepares renewal reports / documents with appropriate recommendation4. Drafts quote comparisons and follows-up for binders, policies and endorsements5.

    Gathers and analyzes utilization data and leads the health and wellness initiatives in coordination with the Client Services Officer6.

  • Ensures that each renewed or new business account has the duly agreed Roadmap of Engagements7. Reconciles with clients for premium payment discrepancy, unpaid billings, direct payments and commission receivables;
  • 8. Ensures operational excellence including adherence to service management requirements9. Conducts benefit orientation, renewal and new business presentation for existing clients.

    1. Preferably a graduate of BS Nursing or any medical related courses 2. Must have at least 1 year of experience working in healthcare industries and insurance providers / agencies / brokers handling accounts management, client servicing and customer service.

    3. With above average communication skills both oral and written 4. Must have knowledge in HMO or medical claims insurance5.

    Willing to work in Makati6. Flexible and with strong customer-orientation7. can start immediately8. This is for entry-level position
