Duties & Responsibilities :
Conducts regular store audits on food safety and occupational safety hazards.
Manages team leaders and monitors Crew Training System (CTS) compliance.
Educate team leaders in proper team and shift schedule management.
Support team leaders in addressing employee conflict and resolution issues.
Execute engagement programs and activities; employee rewards and recognition.
Job Specifications :
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts and Sciences, or other related courses.
With at least 2 years of experience in the Food Industry or any related field.
Comprehensive knowledge on food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
Willing to do fieldwork.
