1.Identify new opportunities to grow the partnership relationships, including partners from banking, digital industries, retail industries.
2.Onboard partners to drive wallet top ups, fund-in and ecommerce purchases
3.Streamline internal processes and coordinate with on-the-ground partners
4.Perform data analysis and post-campaign recommendations to engage and maintain partner relationships
5.Work with regional, in-country departments and other teams within Alibaba
6.Act as the local market expertise to engage with regional teams, continuously reviewing partner and market landscape, recommending and implementing new and creative approaches
1.Degree with major in Sales & Marketing, Business, Commerce or other relevant fields
2.Up to 5 years of working experience in a similar role, experiences in eCommerce, logistics or technology sector is a plus.
3.Self-motivated, pro-active and a strong bias to action
4.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
5.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and teammates; ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
6.Excellent communication skills in local language and English (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus)
