The Process Owner organization is a part of the One Indirect Tax team and works closely together with FO Tax, Tax Advisers, Process & Systems Experts, Controllers and Business colleagues to ensure top quartile compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
The Tax Admin Junior Specialist is accountable for timely solution of queries raised to the team and supporting other tax teams.
The Tax Admin Team also provides management information and ad hoc reports related to project delivery.
The main responsibility is to ensure the appropriate system tax settings in the GSAP system for the Shell companies in scope.
Cooperation with many stakeholders (AP, AR, Tax department).
During critical periods, such as changes of VAT rate, other tax legislation or major system changes, Tax Admin team member may be required to be on call outside business hours to address urgent support issues.

The Centre provides support services to various Shell businesses in Europe, North America and Asia, allowing Shell to have a centralised operational structure while ensuring quality standards are maintained for these critical support services.
