Job Description :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Program Manager ! This role will be accountable to craft and implement a global career progression / development framework and support talent and succession management processes.

This role is suited for someone with strengths in strategy and execution who will roll up their sleeves and serve as a change agent as we evolve our purpose-led culture.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement global talent / succession management and career development solutions, frameworks, programs, and initiatives.

Draft and propose the necessary budget and operating plans. Create supporting processes, tools, training, and communication plans needed to successfully execute our talent strategy.

Have a clear point of view of the relationship between all areas within talent management and talent development, particularly career progression, performance and potential, succession, and readiness / development.

Partner with IT, individual business units, and various groups within Employee Success (HR) to build out the infrastructure, systems, and tools to support the global frameworks, programs, and initiatives.

Lead / facilitate global project meetings and training sessions.

Train supported by either formal certification programs or TTT sessions talent development programs virtually and / or in-person for a global leadership audience.

Build training materials / courses to an intermediate level of proficiency. Keep abreast of the latest trends in this space.

Evaluate and report on the success of talent management / development programs.

Qualifications :

Proven expertise in designing and implementing global career progression / development and talent / succession management frameworks, programs and initiative, and the accompanying operating plans, budgets, training and tool, infrastructure, processes, and communication and change plans.

5-7 years’ hands-on project and program management experience coordinating multiple, large-scale initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Effective at planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

Proven leadership skills and ability to influence without authority; proficient negotiator who brings others of disparate points of view together to produce win-win-win outcomes.

Proven effectiveness in group facilitation, questioning, and presentation skills with global audiences. Advanced coaching skills.

Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization; develops constructive and coordinated working relationships, maintaining them over time.

Results-oriented : possess a bias for action; has an excellent track record to work under minimal supervision with minimal formal processes / structures, follow general guidance, set priorities, and make sound decisions.

  • draws upon flair and the artistic.

    Bachelor’s degree in OD, Communications, Education, Training, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
