    On a typical day, you'll

    Consult with customerson products and services to provide the best solutions for their need via avariety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat

    Open and maintaincustomer accounts and information

    Respond to customerinquiries with active listening

    Resolve customertechnical issues with patience and understanding

    Identify additionalneeds customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services

    Positively participatein company events, in team activities, and continuous learning
