As a Digital Ads Sales Specialist, you will be working with our Online Search Account to deliver #happier customer experience through phone and email.

You are also required to perform these job functions : Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client’s advertisers, publishers and / or usersAnalyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platformsSupport SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operationsCollaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature developmentGenerate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practicesTracking of accounts and maintaining conversionAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCXWho are we looking for?

  • College graduateMinimum of 3 years BPO work experienceAt least 1 year and 6 months of pure sales experience (inbound / outbound), ORAt least 6 months of B2B sales experienceAccount management experience is a plusStrong English communication skills;
  • written and spokenStrong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targetsFamiliar with needs-based selling techniques / analytics (e.

    g., SPIN)Familiarity with online advertising products and servicesAmenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)Can work in BGC, Taguig City College undergraduates who completed 2 years in college with at least 3 years of pure sales experience (inbound / outbound) and candidates with Agency (advertising / marketing solutions) or Business Development experience are welcome to apply.
