Promote the CRS capabilities to all industries
Promote the Aon brand thru initiated marketing events and social platforms
Promote the broader Aon capability thru the Aon united approach
Adapt the consultative approach to better articulate the add value of Aon
Execute the different cross selling initiatives
University degree / Diploma in any 4-year course
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development within fast-paced, matrixed MNC environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Ability to work with all levels including senior stakeholders.Strong client-focus with a passion for delivering added value.
Results driven and take accountability for results.
