Responsibilities

Develop, execute and own the city / country level growth strategy to accelerate the business development Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local accommodation partners Build, maintain and expand the engaging relationship with high performance accommodation partners Explore and execute new opportunity and strategic partnerships, local marketing and media channels for business growth Conduct comprehensive market research into trends in the industry to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of our products Work closely with headquarter and other stakeholders to create and execute the overall standard operation model to ensure the business sustainability with local need, develop and deliver aligned goals Deliver on city / country KPIs, growth targets and strategic initiatives Ready to recruit, build and develop a high performing team to accelerate the business progress

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or similar experience Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development Working experience in hotels, travel companies is preferred, with a deep understanding of the industry Collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management Track record of influencing stakeholders at various levels in the organization, including cross functional leaders from different business units Strong individual contributor with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
