Position Overview

We are looking to hire a dynamic senior compensation analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will be a key member of our growing Total Rewards team and will provide compensation support for base and variable pay programs with a large focus on global market pricing strategies.

In this role, you'll be liaising with the Strategic People Partners to determine salary requirements and perform regular market surveys to decide if compensation programs are up-to-date while working alongside the team to build out a global career framework.

You are responsible for

  • Conducts market evaluations in order to determine salary ranges and pay recommendations while at the same time ensuring internal and external competitiveness
  • Partners closely with Recruiting, Strategic and Local People Partners, and Managers to develop solutions to compensation needs within their respective area
  • Reviews DN job catalog and determines global salary ranges in over 60 countries
  • Participates in salary surveys and provides requested data
  • Contributes to the design and communication of compensation programs
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to management on compensation-related matters
  • Assists with special compensation projects as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 5+ years of compensation experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, global environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
  • Experience with supporting compensation design and implementation projects for high-growth companies
  • Ability to prioritize contending demands and support multiple partners
  • Comfortable with working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Radford, Willis Towers Watson and other benchmarking survey tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of global compensation practices
  • Experience with Oracle HR1Source
  • Knowledge of local pay regulations
