Create a detailed project management plan and other related project documents.
Identify and create a high-level scope of work, estimates, project schedule, milestones, and deadlines.
Track and report project performance and results, using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques to project stakeholders and project sponsors.
Set the project direction and constantly manage risks and issues by providing solutions to project-related issues.
Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain the standards expected
Ensuring that processes are followed and constantly revisiting and improving processes and the overall project approach where it is deemed necessary.
Coordinate with different teams that will contribute to the success of the project.
Foster a culture of accountability and ownership with the project team.
Ensure that all team members and stakeholders have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
Lead and facilitate project meetings.
Monitor the team’s work time, output, and timesheets on a daily basis.
Create a communication plan and manage communication with both external and internal stakeholders (clients, sponsors, executives, other internal and external project stakeholders.)
Organize and participate in client meetings.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and business needs.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Occasional Duties (duties or tasks done on a monthly, yearly, or an occasional basis)
Performing quality control by testing and reviewing the quality of the features, functionalities, project artifacts, and project files due for release.
Review the documentation or related literature released internally or externally.
Understand and document business requirements and translate them into functional documents that can be understood by both end-users, technical, creative, product, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of the company, its processes, and its projects
Align the company’s general business targets with the project’s objectives and outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor / manager / management from time to time.
7 - 10 years’ worth of work experience as a Project Manager
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any business or management course or IT-related course (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems).
A certification in project management (PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master) is great but not required.
Technical Skills :
Knowledgeable in waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology
Knowledge and experience in using project management software and tools
Outstanding grasp of design and IT concepts, processes, and web standards
Familiar with application development life cycle.
