ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will work within XaaS Delivery (XD)

The primary responsibilities will be to :

1. Provide consulting services using your C# development skills.

  • a. Business Analysis & Coding Configurations to enable packaged solutions to meet client needs.
  • b. Root cause analysis of deviations that are found during upgrade regression testing services.
  • c. help answer questions from internal stakeholders & clients by understanding how the existing code
  • works.

    2. Keeping knowledge about system and development standards up to date

    3. You will work as part of a global service delivery center, supporting all Simcorp services.

    4. Work in a fixed Asian, European, or North American Shift

    5. Occasional weekend availability for exceptional changes.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    Essential

  • Good Business Analysis skills
  • Good C# coding experience
  • Desirable

    Experience in working with Oracle Databases.

    Consulting experience an advantage

    ITIL (preferably v4) IT Service Management processes.

    Service Desk solutions such as SalesForce, RemedyForce, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
