Manage Cash Management reporting to ensure 100% ATM Cash availability.
Creates Cash Management reports on a regular and timely basis.
Reconcile ATM Cash and transaction withdrawal.
Ensures data provided is up to date, accurate and complete and provided in a timely manner.
Produce statements detailing the cash within the ATM estates at the month end and other times as required.
Provides reports and data as required by the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for management reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure that agreed process are complied.
Work with external clients and other internal team on an as needed basis.
Provide regular reporting to SDMs and Client.
Review, assess policies and procedure and recommends changes and updates.
Ensure effective and rapid response to client.
Develop and maintain departmental standards and procedures
Participate in all meetings as required.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Highly proficient in MS Excel.
Knowledgeable in ATM reconciliation and settlement.
1 to 2 years’ experience in ATM operations.
Aility to apply analysis and creative / logical thinking on all aspect.
Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships across the organization.
Good communication and writing skills.
Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvement.
Basic presentation skills.
Ability to organize tasks and priorities effectively and under minimal supervision.
Ability to manage incident effectively from investigation to closure.
Proven ability to function in an environment requiring flexibility, good judgement and sound decision-making often based on limited information and / or under extreme conditions.
Comfortable working on a shifting schedule, beyond office hours and weekend and holidays as needed.
