An experienced Marketing Manager to position MedChoice for accelerated growth and represent the voice of our customers to shape our lines our brands and all marketing efforts.

To thrive in this role, the individual must have a passion for the brand, communications and marketing, and business building.

The role requires an innovative, fast-moving, creative yet implementation-focused leader to work with the product managers and sales leaders to define and communicate the MedChoice brand and sub-brands, all product offerings, acquire new customers, and grow opportunities within our existing customer base.

The Role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the brand strategy development and align with ensuring execution of digital and traditional marketing strategies and support product marketing initiatives.
  • Set the foundation for how we operationalize and scale our branding and communications in preparation for growth across different specializations.
  • Lead Marketing efforts covering overall brand, customer marketing, demand generation, content creation, and external / internal communications.
  • Directing and stewarding our brand identity to ensure cohesiveness across all customer touchpoints from digital, email, social media, and internal communications.
  • Managing branding and communications priorities, developing effective processes and partnering with leaders across all levels to drive growth.
  • Continuing to evolve the brand story and voice for the brand.
  • Own the plan and calendar for the amplification of our value proposition, brand, and messaging in the PR space and support each commercial subsidiary.
  • Lead and oversee customer engagement and communication programs, such as virtual events, in-person events, advocacies, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Establish customer journey maps and determine communications programs that deepen engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with product marketing on brand-building initiatives.
  • Work with product marketing on new product launches.
  • Provide stewardship and oversee everything above and beyond to help contribute to the main goal of maximizing opportunities to build the brand.
  • Skills Required :

  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Brand / Product Management within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • Experience within Digital Transformation / Change Management, Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
