In charge of day-to-day supervision of the general operations of the store branches assigned including, but not limited to, sales, staffing, training, stock and resources management.
Responsible for endorsing, and supervising technicians and trainees, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
Maintains the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership.
Encourages and inspires technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the company.
Provides training on administrative updates, policies and procedures for all personnel supervised.Creates Marketing Strategies to improve sales.
Manages all aspects of the Service Department, achievement of set targets and improving customer satisfaction. Promotes Company image.
Graduate of Business Administration, Management or other related courses.At least (3) years function-related work experience preferably in automotive services.
Good knowledge of manpower planning and talent development.Average knowledge on Financial Management and cost controlHas knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeResults driven and excellent in customer service
